In an effort to provide the best possible advice about getting with Korean women, I have determined to back up the things I talk about with actual field data. This means I will be making a few trips around Korea in the coming months, and keep very detailed notes about the things I do and success / failure rates of each given tactic.
On six successive weekends starting July 17-18, I will be visiting different cities around the peninsula. In each place, I will scope out areas for day and night game, try different tactics, and report back on how they turned out. I’ll be going to the six largest cities in Korea, starting in Seoul and moving to Incheon, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Gwangju. Of course, the goal each of these weekends will be to hook up with at least one girl, but I also think that I will benefit from a detailed analysis of my own game and habits.
There will inevitably be variables that could lead to more or less success in the field, including weather (it’s now entering the rainy season), unfamiliarity of the territory, and possible interference on the part of friends or other Koreans. All of it will be included in the full reports after each city is done, and hopefully I’ll have some good stories to write up for you as well.
To be entirely honest, I’m a little nervous about going out and running these trips solo. I’m used to going out solo in my neighborhood, or even in Seoul, but in another city where I don’t know how to get around and I won’t have a place to stay, it’s a bit more pressure than I’m used to.
On the other hand though, I’m actually very excited to get out of the city and move around to other places to see if the game is the same or different than I remember. It’s been over 2 years since I had the time and freedom to make a commitment to taking intercity trips like this, so I’m pretty stoked to get back to these places and see how much they (or I) have changed in terms of game and girls.
I’ve never been to Gwangju before, and I don’t think I’ve ever tried gaming anyone in either Daegu or Daejeon, as I was only there for brief stints for gigs that were usually followed by a lot of drinking and partying, without any of the payoff afterward. This should prove to be a very interesting and informative month and a half. And you get to reap the rewards of my data as well as stories.
